I have had the pinch detect warning come up a handful of times now in the past 3 months or so. Usually I just take apart the machine, clean out any debris, make sure the pinch detect metal pieces are in place and touching, put the machine back together and typically that will fix the issue. This time, however, nothing seems to work. Turn off the Litter-Robot and unplug it from the power source. Remove the waste drawer and the bonnet. Locate the sensor calibration button, which is located on the control panel near the power button.
