Hi, Just today, I turn on my XBox One and BOTH of my controllers won't scroll down. They just seem to scroll left and right very quickly. I saw posts on how to turn off "fast scrolling" which was to hold the right bumper and press one of the "face buttons" (I'm not a big gamer, just got this, and I have no idea what the heck a "face button" is).To do this, install or update Xbox Accessories Apps and wired connect the controller to PC.
